I am so excited to be back in school and I consider it a privilege to be your child’s teacher this year.

The children can look forward to a year full of fun, listening, learning, sharing and making friends.

Reading

We are pleased to present the Scott Foresman Reading Series called Reading Street.  This program not only incorporates Science, Social Studies and Literacy Centers into our reading lessons, but also allows for differentiated instruction which will be used daily to best suit your child’s individual needs.

Breaking Records in Kindergarten

Our class will be participating in Jumpstart’s Reading for the Record!

Llama, Llama Red Pajama [Book]

On October 6th, we will join over two million others across the country and read Llama, Llama, Red Pajama by Anna Dewdney.  Jumpstart is working in partnership with The Pearson Foundation to help raise awareness to close the education gap among students.

Not only will we be standing up for quality education, but we will also be breaking a world record!
