a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is
preferred

knowledge/experience in implementing behavior management programs

excellent communication and organizational skills

a high level of proficiency in the use of the English language in oral and
written forms
· Ability
to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all students,
staff members and the public
· Demonstrate
exemplary interpersonal skills and communicates clearly and distinctly in
person and on the phone
· Ability
to deal courteously and effectively with students and families
· Possess
excellent problem solving skills
· Willing
to learn new duties and skill – related techniques as required
· Self
– directed and self motivated in job related tasks
