Text Box: At a recent committee meeting of the Garfield High School Academic Hall of Fame, the names of six new members were             announced. Induction into this organization acknowledges career   accomplishments, community service, personal excellence, and dedication to lifelong learning demonstrated by Garfield High School alumni. The six individuals slated for induction at a    dinner reception in June provide examples of outstanding role models for the students of the high school and underscore the importance of setting significant educational and personal goals.
