| Summary of College Application Process |

| Step 1: |
Complete your Senior Folder. You must provide your counselor with the following: |

a) Activity Sheet
b) Brag Sheet
c) Authorization for Release of Records |

| Step 2: |
Obtain a current application either directly from the college admissions office, the college website, or the guidance office (if available) |

|
| Step 3: |
If you chose to send your application directly to the college (via email or postal mail), you still need to complete a Request for Records form for each school you are applying to. If you do not inform us of your intention to apply, we will not know to send your transcripts. |

| Step 4: |
You are responsible for bringing your counselor any other additional information that needs to be sent. There is at least a two week turn-around for all applications, so watch your deadlines. |
