Summary of College Application Process
   
Step 1: Complete your Senior Folder. You must provide your counselor with the following:
  a) Activity Sheet
b) Brag Sheet
c) Authorization for Release of Records
   
Step 2: Obtain a current application either directly from the college admissions office, the college website, or the guidance office (if available)
   
Step 3: If you chose to send your application directly to the college (via email or postal mail), you still need to complete a Request for Records form for each school you are applying to. If you do not inform us of your intention to apply, we will not know to send your transcripts.
   
Step 4: You are responsible for bringing your counselor any other additional information that needs to be sent. There is at least a two week turn-around for all applications, so watch your deadlines.
