After School Rehearsal Packet

Packets have been sent home with students with information on rehearsals and the concert.

 In the packet will be a permission slip and a photo release form

that must be filled out and signed in order to participate.

BOTH FORMS MUST BE RETURNED BY MAY 8TH!
